|Native Japanese chefs, Norio and Seto, founded SushiOne in the summer of 2009. Norio and Seto have worked in restaurants from New York to Florida with 35 years of cumulative restaurant experience in the U.S. They met right here in Naples while working as chefs at a local restaurant. It was there they began their friendship and began developing a shared dream of owning their own restaurant. It was through their friendship, complementary styles and interests with the encouragement and support of their loyal customers, family and friends, that Norio and Seto created and opened SushiOne.
